So I finally got the body(GT) I want and now I'm ready to drop in the freshly bored L67 motor. I have 2 questions for those that might have done this swap or anyone with knowledge on the matter...

q1) My 2 week old S/C gasket has a hole wearing in it. It seems coolant is coming through the pcv?! This is the third gasket in 2 months, wtf?! Pics below...

q2) My fuel lines are completely different on the GT. Do I have to use the GT fuel rails in this engine swap?

    Thanks in advance!

Yes, put in a new valve with the new gasket just a couple weeks ago... I don't understand why it's getting wet...

I also have my LIM modded so the coolant ports to the TB are blocked.

    1. Take your gasket and lay it on the LIM. Note the postiion of the PCV hole and the rtv line they give you. Now put it on the charger and make the same notes.

#2 Many say they are able to twist/turn the ends of the fuel lines and get them to work. I replace with braided, dorman repair kit etc.

Bill, I don't quite understand what you said in your first post. What's the "Rtv line"? And, after I make my marks like you said, do I cut the gasket? I'm confus

Thank you for your #2 answer. I ordered the Dorman kit.

Just make sure things line up and you have some RTV around the holes. That way it's sealed.

MMMM I may have been thinking about the Gen V offset. See the difference in pcv location etc

If your gasket lines up to your charger and LIM, then ensure your pcv isn't being restricted anywhere else.
