    If I didn't have a chitty hairline, I'd rock a mullet for a day to experience the power of one, all while driving my Daytona edition car. It would only be better if I drove an IROC.

    I would say Cam will be the best bang for you buck...when you get bored of it you can go IC

    This. Cam will make more of a difference and should be significantly cheaper unless you find a good deal on a IC

    This is a no brainer to me and the reason I say this is that if you are even considering going cam you will probably end up doing an IC later on; or vice versa. If you do an IC then a cam you are going to have to pull the IC back off to install the cam. IMO the most horsepower between the 2 is cam hands down. Besides, a cam sounds much cooler than a IC when the car is on.
