Well, I'm only getting the fan at high speed and the temp doesn't seem to work no matter how high I put it up or down. Worst of all, I'm getting very little heat. My engine temperature is normal, coolant is good and I have no coolant light or anything.

I'm guessing it's the heater blower control module. Since it has auto A/C and dual climate control the cheapest I've seen the part for is $154.00. The AC Delco part number is 15-8756.

Does anyone know if there's a cheaper alternative or do I have to bite the bullet and buy one of these? I have a 2000 Grand Prix GTP.

flushing and filling your heater core. that could be the lack of heat problem.

and you need a blower resistor, not the module most likely.
