Just out of habit i popped the hood not too long ago after a brief 20min drive and i notice around cyl.#3 injector(the middle one in the front bank) had a small puddle of coolant around it.What would be the cause of this? Im hoping its not LIM gasket failure or somethin too serious. Here are some pics too:

'04's still had plastic LIM gaskets from the factory.

Looks like you got some gaskets to change, brutha.

Yup yup, that's what mine did before I changed my gaskets. They weren't horrible but some were cracked pretty good and they were in need of changing. Do it before you have more problems, and get new o-rings for the injectors when you pull them out.

Only o-rings that really need replaced are the base ones, the tops are meh @ best.

And the plastic retainer clips aren't necessary either.

^ This, when I replaced mine I carefully pulled the whole fuel rail with injectors out and just replaced the bottom o-rings... snapped off like half of the retainers but they weren't needed, use some petro-jelly to put them back in tho, lube really helps them seat back down in the hole properly, otherwise they get stuck.

btw... your a pervert, stop giggling!

Lol wow TLS,well its funny i read your comment normally then after i read stop giggling i looked back a sentence and saw what you refered to.But anyway thanks for the tips, and i do remember about a month ago I made an attempt to pull my fuel rail/injectors but they were tough and didnt budge.Besides the 4 fuel rail bolts and injector harnesses and other things that would prevent the injectors from comin out?

My catalog only shows 4 nuts holding the rails in place. Better check and make sure nothing is holding them in place, there is a MAP Sensor bracket on the back side, it maybe attached or in the way.

Otherwise consider an 04 is now 9 years old, if they haven't been removed since being built they're not gonna play nice, you have to convince them Just be careful, don't break anything. Mine were a pain on my 99, but they listened after some work.
