I actually just installed this gauge this week:

I put a water temp sensor on both the inlet and outlet of the intercooler. The gauge actually comes with two air temp sensors but water temp sensors will work as well. I'm planning on hooking up the air temp sensors (supercharger air outlet temp, and intercooler air outlet temp), I'm just waiting for the 4pt2 switch I ordered to swap instantaneously between the sensor inputs. I think I'll just tap the supercharger outlet for a vacuum line and t the air temp sensor into it and for the outlet temp I'll just t into the LIM vacuum line.
My cars actually not drivable right now, so I can't tell you what it reads when driving. But at cold idle there's around a 2-3 Celcius difference in the inlet and outlet temps.
