Have an 01 GTP only mod is a k&n intake.

Got home from work car ran fine. Came outside and started the car up 20 minutes later and under any boost at all the car surges, pulses, shakes... I don't know the word to use. Its trying to boost but can't. My initial thought was MAF sensor. unplugging it changes nothing.

Took it to a mechanic he had it for a few days and couldn't figure out anything at all..

NO service lights are on, no codes come up with a computer. I'm stumped.

Is it an internal vacuum leak? anyone have any suggestions? plug? maybe wiring or injector?

Ill take a video this afternoon and post exactly what its doing. Starts idles and runs fine until you start boosting.

What would be helpful is a list of everything the mechanic did/checked.

So your lego's bar doesnt go full?

Hook up a real vacuum gauge and see what it does.

Tested Maf, ran for codes, changed EGR, tested plugs and wires... Thats it.

I'm thinking maybe a bad fuel filter? When I need higher levels of fuel I just can't get it and it causes the issue?

Exactly my lego meter just bounces around jolting full then losing it all, going back up to half then down to a quarter etc...

It sounds like the supercharger belt is slipping.

It could be something as simple as a new belt?
