    Just measure the throttle body ID. IF it's bigger than stock then it's been ported.
    I think stock is 69mm? I'm sure someone will correct me if wrong.
    There should also be some work done to the area where the MAF on the inside.

    Yes stock is 69mm, most port to 72mm and use a LS1/6 or N* MAF, but SLP is different so ya never know.
    Stock non ported will look like one of these.
