you probably have a vacuum leak.

My guess would be vac leak. check your houses.

When my buddy's Boost Bypass Valve broke he couldn't get more than 3 to 4 pounds of boost regardless of pulley size on the blower.

^ rough idle gives away that it's a vacuum leak, not just a busted BBV solenoid.

I checked everywhere and cannot find a vacuum leak (carb cleaner trick). It only idles slightly rough, not as smooth as i want. And the boost only goes up to 90% on the digital gauge.
