Thread: Can't remove key or shift from park

shift from park, i'd usually start looking at the brake pedal.

Just got the car in the garage and noticed the shift indicator on the dash is not working either.
Still won't release the key or shift from park unless I release them manually. I'm going to replace the harness with the old one to see if that is the issue especially with the indicator not working and I'll check that brake switch while I'm in there.
