    Hey guys..

New to the forums. I just picked up a 02 GTP and during the PPI the shop told me that they pulled the code P0243. This is related to the Boost Solenoid. Car runs and drives real smooth, but doesnt seem to be making the proper levels of boost. During WOT acceleration the Info center on the dash only shows half full on the boost gauge.

What should my next steps be to remedy the issue..?

    Thanks in advance.

Buy a new solenoid and install.

    OR check the wiring first.

    See if issue resolves.

    If not, its the actuator.

Thanks for the replies guys.. After doing a little more investigating I have found that the vacuum line that runes from the solenoid along the supercharger and then plugs in at the bottom with that T fitting... That rubber T fitting is split where it plugs into the supercharger. Because of this vacuum leak would this be the culprit and causing the code?

Where can I get one of these fittings?

    Thanks again.
