I'm not exactly sure why but when they do turn in opposite directions the car can't roll because the wheels are trying to move against each other. It has something to do with the differential i think but don't quote me on that.

Thank you for the added detail.
My thoughts are the labored starts weren't a symptom of a starter going bad, they were a symptom of the motor having something binding that was causing the starter to work much harder to turn the engine. This binding etc caused the motor to heat the oil and turn it to the goop you now have in the pan.
The oil light flickering was the next symptom of low oil pressure. Many of us have found out that when the light comes on..the motor is already dead, because the pressure then is about 5psi or less. Aka..it's the motors way of signaling surrender.
I don't like the bearings partially blocking the oil passages. I am no engine building expert, something seems wrong there. I'd ask around and gain more knowledge unbiasedly. Meaning I'd ask around machine shops etc and not mention the failure, but the partially blocked oil holes. And if there is a greater possibility of spinning a bearing (having the bearing turn and block the hole). Say one of the bearings blocked an oil hole, that could cause a binding due to lack of lubrication.
thanks bill for the input. i have been doing a little research on the side and i have the same assumption as you right now. im pulling the motor this weekend to verify its a spun bearing. and i will most definitely be asking around at shops to see their input on a partially blocked oil passage. i will keep you guys posted on what i find out
