I went with the zzp catback with sd headers. No cat with a glasspack. But I love that its making me deaf in one ear and sounds like a smoker in the retirement hone at idle oh and it just like the retired it gets the nice cough and pops anything over half throttle

Heh not very promising for my set up but I guess we will just have to see how it goes, Is the sputtering caused by back pressure?

popping because the exhaust flows too good??

    WUT??

popping from the exhaust is from backfires. Or if the exhaust doesnt muffle much you hear the crackle sounds as the rpms decrease.

back pressure is a myth, by the way.

So the popping sound is just a result of unmuffled exhaust?

    Back pressure exists.

Try getting it down to 2-1 psi.
