Ok so I just hooked up a boost gauge and it shows no boost it shows vacuum but then went u throttle it it comes up to 0 and nothing on boost . I checked all the vac lines and all seem good. The thing is my bypass valve is sticky I took the vac actuator off and the lil part that attaches to the butterfly plate for the bypass seems gunked up cause it's stiff to move like it's all oily, it don't move like the one on my spare supercharger. Any tips where to look or could it be that valve

Where did you hook up boost gauge? Should be hooked to port on lower intake manifold below snout of supercharger.

I hooked right before the map sensor that's were that hose goes right?? I thought the map senor is responsible for the vacuum and boost.

Well ****!! Ok guess I'll have to change it. Just seen that the line under the snout was running to the map sensor or at least I thought it was. If it is why wouldnt that work? Just figured that was what tells the ECM boost/vacuum

The line from under the snout does run to the map sensor. Put a tee in that line and it should work.

That's the line I taped in to and then 15 min ago I went and swapped it to the one under the snout. And it does the same thing it should 30 vac and then rev it up and it just goes to 0 and shows no boost. Plus I looked for it on the aeroforce and if shows manifold psi -9 at idle but the thing I don't get is the aeroforce don't match the boost

    you messed something up.

Vac at idle should be -19 to 20.

Well that is Wht the boost gauge shows it goes down at firsts then comes up like normal but never shows boost. But I just got the aeroforce and had it on manifold press and it showed -9 I'm lost now unless I am on the wrong on the aeroforce So I take it having it on the line right before the map sensor was right?? But I still moved it to the T under the snout and is doing the same thing. If there is a leak shouldn't It not show that much vacuum

If you have an extra bbv on your spare supercharged try to swap it to see if there is a difference. Does the aeroforce or your DIC show any boost?

I have a dumb question, but is the supercharger belt on the car? Or atleast around the supercharger? Sometimes people will bypass it if the coupler goes bad to get rid of the noise.

Yea!!! Lol I just put a green coupler
In and have just put new dayco belts. I haven't had the car long but I don't have another vac actuator but I was pushing the valve closed by hand and watching the gauge and had a lil change but never hit boost even when throttling out I just don't get it!!! >:-/

So if you drive it does the car get into boost at all? Does the DIC show full boost at full throttle.

I might be wrong on this but I'm not sure the car will make boost if it's just in park.

Car needs to be under load to make boost, the BBV will open when you are in P to releave all pressure.

Car will not make boost in park. Don't think it will make boost in drive if your revving with foot on brake(not moving). The MAP should be of off that same nipple; Map, fuel pressure regulator, and boost bypass all connect to same port.

Ok I took it on the road and it wasnt making boost at wot it showed 2 bars flashing in and out on the dic. Before I changed the coupler I messed with the bypass boost valve off the supercharger cause it was stuck like it was gummed up. Well from looking at my other supercharger I have it was stuck closed. So I freed it up and that is where I had the prob was but idk why it wouldn't close?
