No codes?
Slowly go through your exhaust repair in your head, while looking at the individual items as you remember them. It sounds like something not assembled correctly. Check your grounds, did you leave a nut/bolt loose? Theres one on a stud at the transmission, theres one under the icm. Is there a plug not plugged in all the way and you disturbed it while working on the car? etc? Sometimes a person can cause problems that just won't ever happen under normal circumstances and these problems can throw normal trouble shooting procedures out the window. Think outside the box now, take your time and recreate every step of the work you performed.
