I apologize let me rephrase, copper cores are the best bang for your buck with a modified car that is changed often.
People come to the forums to discuss modified cars, if your junk is stock, stick with the oem manual and gtfo.
whos the little hater here? remember you were stock too b*tch. And the forums are for dicussing grand prix and modifications. So get youre bio-p*ssy mess of a car out of my thread and shut the hell up. Use real fuel like a man

Copper is a better conductor than iridium.

If you wanted efficiency, try brisk plugs.

Man, I don't mean to get anyone upset. Let's hug this out. Together.

I just heard about these the other day. Not sure what to think of them yet (some look suspiciously like E3 plugs). They have silver, though, which should beat the pants off copper?
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.
