Does anyone has the GM part numbers for the 2 coolant elbows on the 3.8? Worst design I had ever seen, someone should make them out of metal.

UPDATE: here are the GM part numbers: elbow to intake, part# 24503423
elbow to water pump, part# 12565082

Nevermind. Just saw your location. Someone might beat me to it, but I'll look for the part #'s real quick.

EDIT: I don't know if AutoZone ships to S. Korea, but maybe you can find them online somewhere that does. But these are abundantly available in every major car part store simply because they do break quite often.

Who breaks them? I've never broken one during an install.

I have talked about doing them in metal though. One thing to factor in is the difference in expansion from the plastic to metal.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

With these parts, the expansion would be minimal I would think. And the o-rings take up most of the play. Or they should.

They can be made of metal, but they would be expensive. I can think of a couple ways to manufacture them, but going to cost a pretty penny when they are done.
