Say he went with a 3.6 stock would be good right?

I'd scan it too and probably save some money up for some headers.

Correct. Colder plugs aren't reccomended until 3.4 because too cold of a plug will foul.

Depending on the car, a 3.4 setup won't need 104s.

I'd be buying new spark plugs just because you probably don't have the flow mods to safely run a 3.4"...but its wuteva.

To the other guy ac delco does make an equivalent plug to al104 not that I think they r best cause factory used em but his preference also doesntean he hasnt worked on boosted cars either... Use a cross referenve chart (google)... Al104 r popular the ngks are popular too... The importance here is copper and heat range ... Much more so then brand.. Hope that helps...

If you ask Nick or Brian, spark plugs from Autozone must make your car faster because they say Nascar on them.

Just because it says Nascar doesnt make it fast....only means its more likely to increase the amount of poon you get because you now have racecar
