Okay so, I just bought a 2002 gtp 40th anniversary I love it, but when I got the car I notice the boost guage only gets to half, and it wont stick, it'll drop and raise while it's WOT.. I unplugged the vacuum line from the solenoid and I get about 90% boost, it'll reach 100%, but drop and raise between 92-100%.. The T connector on the vacuum line below the S/C is cracked and had to be taped, so that could have boost leaks, Hopefully somebody here has a explanation, and also where can I buy the vacuum line w/ the T connectors?

I think you found your own explanation. I got my vac lines here Silicone Hose Kits - 7 colors
You can stick with black or choose a different color to dress it up

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

I'm debating on either replacing the vacuum line w/ the T connectors, or replacing the solenoid.

I would replace the vac lines and T first.

Unplug the electrical connector to the solenoid to see if your boost goes up.
    Comp Turbo 6765 T4-ST5-A2A IC-Ported Heads-Custom Turbo headers-80 lb inj-F-Body UIM and LIM-AEM WB, TEP trans w 1" chain and Circle D TC, Dual 255s, Bilstien Struts

The connector and the vacuum line both? Or plug the vacuum line back in, and just unplug the connector?

The only way to truely check boost is to use an actual boost gauge. Don't rely on that little bar on your dic.
