    I'm baffled as to how to get this off. The Gen III has a nut on the end, but the Gen V has nothing but smooth-ness.

    I'm I just over thinking this one?
    2000 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 M6: 427ci LS3, Built T56, Moser 9" w/ 4.11 Gearing, Full Suspension, and 6-point Cage.

    its just a push plug, get a screwdriver behind it and pull it off, its just a breather cap.

    you need a special pulley puller from ZZP, any other way will ruin the snout shaft.

    I know, I was just wondering if there was anything I had to loosen first.
