Ok so we found the problem.! It's a electrical issue with the plug that is on the fuel rail that runs down the side of the car to the cam and crank sensor, while idling I was messing with the plugs and the wires coming out on both sides of the plugs, and the idle dropped really low and then shut off when I messed with it again, so after tightening down the plug and harness to the fuel rail to prevent vibration and keep it from moving, it runs fine now except for one little hicup in first gear around 5k rpms after that it keeps pulling with no problems the rest of the way through 1st and all through 2nd and into third
