have you check codes for a cylinder misfire? Could be a plug, wire, injector. I'm interested to see what it sounds like when you rev the engine a little.
I might just bring it to my mechanic. I'm tired of this ****.

At 45 sec., it looks as though there is a bolt missing.
almost sounds like the rotors hitting. Pull off the blower belt and make sure it spins free
edit: well now that I listen again maybe not lol.
your WOT run video theres a nasty misfire. ALso sounds like a dead mis on the other video
does the sound get louder with rpm? how about engine load?
you need to look into that. Don't forget about load...
I wonder if I have bent valves or something... Since my compression on the cylinders 1 and 3 were so low. It runs like complete ****, misfires and everything.

Didn't have time to do a compression test. For anybody who uses HP Tuners, I did a cylinder balance test. I'm very confused by the results. Normally the RPM of all the cylinders are around 90%, give or take 5%.
I think this issue may be a bent or a set of bent valves. Can someone help me interpret this scan?
#1 - RPM = 720 - 91%
TPS = 0.1 - 65%
#2 - RPM = 927 - 117%
TPS = 0.0 - 49%
#3 - RPM = 764 - 96%
TPS = 0.1 - 65%
#4 - RPM = 943 - 119%
TPS = 0.0 - 16%
#5 - RPM = 748 - 94%
TPS = 0.0 - 33%
#6 - RPM = 843 - 106%
TPS = 0.1 - 50%
When the harmonic balancer was put on wrong (basically 180 degrees off), everyone was saying that it would throw off the timing. So then is it possible for a piston to hit a valve? I'm confused, because my cam and crank sprocket were still timed properly, connected by the timing chain. I don't see how it would throw off the timing.
the timing we were referencing is part of the ignition system, so when the spark plugs light up. the timing on the timing chain is different and that is static. if the timing on the timing chain was right then the pistons do not have a chance to hit the valves.
That sounds like either a rocker/lifter noise or an exhaust leak. Your vids kinda make it sounds like an exhaust leak near the EGR area. And yet, I'd be pulling the valve covers and looking at any w/o oil on them. Any dry ones may have a collapsed lifter or something odd wrong there.
Should I try an oil additive (Sea Foam or something)?
