    Someone filled the engine with oil. I'm going to flush it out with saltwater and coolant.

    Yea oil is leakin on the exhaust manifold And it's smokin because of it. Changin the gaskets and some other things. A lot of stuff to do on this car maintance and mods wise. Learning as we go

    I think you're trying to replace the valve cover gaskets.

    The head gaskets are between the engine block and the head. The valve cover gaskets are between the top of the head and the valve cover.
    It's a CUMMINS Dodge not a Dodge Cummins

    I didn't write the original posty friend did. We will probably end up replacing all most all the gaskets in it while we're in there cars almost at 200k
