I was replacing my filter for my Air Intake and found a wire that was cut/rubbed apart. On the wire is printed: CSA 18/3 Type HPN Heater Cord CPE LL23462 FT1 FT2 E32013 GREEN CONDUCTOR FOR GROUND ONLY. Not exactly sure for what it's for. And I found a hose that was broken off. Right next to the throttle body on top, there is a fitting where 3 hoses connect too, One fat hose that goes to the back, one medium hose that goes to a cylinder device just below and a small hose that crawls its way around the rear of the engine and around the coolant tank and down the side and its cut off there. There is nothing written on it. Will try to upload a pic!

The wire sounds like a block heater cord. the small vac is for the hvac controls.

I see it going down and through towards the cabin but where is it coming from? It's cut off right where my intake filter is.

it goes into the cabin and plugs in to the heater core under the dash, behind the center console. It should look like the first pic I posted

Yea, alright I found that and it looks exactly like your picture, I tried to see how much of the hose is broken but i can't find anything. Just where it starts and where it ends. What exactly is this hose? And how bad is it that its broken like this?

not sure...but if that connection at the vacuum manifold isnt capped, its gonna create one hell of a vac leak

That one picture you sent me to look at the top circle. That hose goes around back, around my coolant, next to the fuse box and it stops. gone.. the car has been running good before I got the vac leak on my throttle body - EVAP hose.(that hose is on its way atm)

it should continue under the fuse box and go into the harness in front of the engine that goes through the firewall
