So I cleaned my TB out a few days ago. I took the whole TB off and cleaned it with Carb/Choke cleaner that was okay to use on the TB. Replace everything and took it for a test run. Ran good but not as good as I thought it would. Scanned the car at Oreillys today and got the code: P0122 Throttle/Pedal position sensor A circuit low input.

I did have some trouble plugging in one sensor below the MAF, has some yellow plastic on the harness but plugged in all the way. I'm not exactly sure what this means, seems like everytime I try to fix the car, somethings breaks. : \

    Any suggestions or ideas?

Edit: I raced today too, not really satisfied with it. Unless that car is that beast. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlWA6-g_cqg

Yea, I'm going to work on my exhaust next. I'm just doing some minor maintanence but keep on running into problems hehe. This summer I plan to drop to a 3.4 atleast. I will check the wire again, but which one is it exactly? Was I right about it having a yellow harness?

unplug your MAF and see if it runs better you coulda killed it. Also check your TPS sensor. Make sure it's plugged in all the way.

For some reason I am having trouble finding out where the TPS is. I've tried googling it but no good description. I'll try the MAF trick but it's farely new, I think its good. Any pictures of the TPS in its place?

Edit: Replugged the wires, took it for a run. Cleared the codes. Feels like it's running a lot better now. Will try scanning it in a few hours to see if it pops up again. Just would like to thank you guys for the tips and help.

Yea, I see wich one it is now, that wire is really short on my car and is kind of hard to plug in straight. Not sure why it's like that. Hopefully it'll be ok, seems like if I break that then I'll have to replace the whole fat wad wire that has all the sensor wires : \

it's because you have an intake on the car. it isn't meant to be that far away from the inlet of the throttle body.

i can send you an IAT extension for like $5. have it left over from my car.

The IAT wire is just fine, just the TPS has the short wires.
