yeah i already dumped the v6 2 peace drive shaft for an ls1 shaft, on my last lt1 build i used a third gen 1le shaft and that **** held everything i threw at it and there stronger then the ls1 shafts. but on street tires on this setup ill be fine.

yes stock world class t5. rated at like 305 ft lbs. i think with 3.23 posi on 245/45 16 street tires that torque will never bee used in first **** should spin before parts fail. im using the stock clutch form 97 so lets see if that **** even holds for long.

id daily it on at least a 3.4...need some kind of power lol..then probably go down to a 3.0 assuming your mods allow it. You should still be able to get high teens low 20's city and high 20's low 30's on a 3.4"

lol man for real i dont even floor the car at all or even take it above 2k. i have test run the car already and its doing fine but i haven't floored it in a while because i'm waiting on a scan gauge and af ratio gauge and a boost gauge (lol getting the stock one off a buddys 05 srt 4)i want to see how the cars running and all before i mistreat it. so far the setup im looking at is stage 2 intercooler and 3.0 pulley since those are the limits of the stock injectors, 180 t stat and tr55s plugs. i already have headers and a high flow ypipe, cat back and all. i hope my Z28 fuel pump is enough to feed the beast on a 3.0 and yeah like i said daily on a stock 3.8 to save gas man i never use boost daily driving. when they want to run it ill give them a run, then bet 50 bucks ill win next race swap down to a 3.0 pulley change belt and run them again lol i want to tune it on 93 and when ever i go to the track i'll just poor some 110 race fuel to mix with the 93 for peace of mind.

id still run the 3.4" cuz if your not getting into boost then the pulley size doesnt matter. You have a functioning BBV dont you?

yes but i cant plug in the actuator into the dam pcm. i just have it there unpluged. the bbv is working fine stays open all the time idle and part throttle and when u gun it it shuts. but man its taking power away from my engine to spin that supercharger faster for no reason that's why i would like stock pulley. i drive the car allot man and the ac is always piping. lol ****ing spinning 2 compressors.

    external actuator is required.

its the solenoid you can throw away.

    sorry about the confusion there.

    Best picture i have.

Basically on the actuator there is another solenoid that you dont need unless you want to run traction control.

But the GTP PCM you installed does have TCS.

I suggest you look into wiring that up or having it removed from the PCM.

Otherwise it'll pull fuel when it thinks its dumping boost when it attempts to turn on traction control.

Rockers are worth it if ur not wanting to crack the motor open to cam. But if ur willing to the cam is by far the better option

Traction control is "handled" by the BCM/abs module, as in its enabled via a signal from one or both of those. Without this interafce you wont have traction control.

its ok, im running without a speed sensor, i cant wait to get this thing tuned.
Good chance you will have stalling issues on a FWD pcm without a functioning speed sensor setup. You should be able to wire it directly and just adjust it from there with a tuner.

but man its taking power away from my engine to spin that supercharger faster for no reason that's why i would like stock pulley. i drive the car allot man and the ac is always piping. lol ****ing spinning 2 compressors.
NO, just no... You are not losing any power 'spinning ac' or 'spinning the blower faster'. When the AC compressor is on, it takes power, when it is off, it doesnt.

yes the last part..spining the blower faster while not under boost isnt going to make a noticeable difference...specially in your fuel mileage....id stick the 3.4" so you have the extra power when you want it since it's creating extremely minor fuel loss, if any.
