As of now I have your standard 3.4 setup. Down the road a bit I'm thinking of going intercooled, which will be my final motor mod. Would a stg 2 with 42.5 injectors and a 3.0 net me a nice increase in hp? Looking to get at least 250 at the wheels.

That will be a night and day difference from your car now.
when i went IC i only had a 3.1 with plog and DP....
I made just over 300whp with a ZZP tune (not the greatest)...
you will well exceed 250whp my friend...you may actually have that now...
300whp with a 3.1 on stock heads/cam? Seems kind of high.. I'm guessing now I'm right around 225-230whp.
i still think that was rather inflated.
you basically had no mods other than the blower...
Thats 200 whp... 210 tops.
God only knows how much power my equally modded car on a 3.8 makes...![]()
There was a top swapped car in KC with just headers and modded 1.9's with a custom tune on a stock pulley and made 224 IIRC. Stock L67 TB/Blower...and a horrible short ram tiny filter setup...I'm sure it would have made at least 230 with a decent intake setup and a ported blower/tb.
Technically the intercooler won't add power. It'll be the additional timing etc in the tune.
Similar in power feeling as to driving in the middle of the summer vs winter.
ZZP only gained 4WHP from the SSIC with no other mods at all...dropped from a 3.8" to a 3.25" and tuned it and gained nearly 50 horse...seeeee what happened there.
