LOL Vinnie. I was going to suggest he use an engine hoist (aka cherry picker) instead of trying to drop it in. I can imagine getting a bolt started as the block slides by may be a bit challenging.
In all seriousness though, I pulled my engine and tranny out together and they will probably go back in that way, so Im not sure what to add. I would say, however, no matter how mechanically challenged your friends may be, if they can take orders, they would be of help as you could just have them move the engine around until you get it lined up and bolts started on the bell housing. But you are going to have to watch that lower motor mount as well as it Im sure its not going to want to line up properly without some coaxing.
