All is good...till you get on your RTV kick again. Just like sealing the S/C snout you said you did with RTV...sealing the bottom of the blower is probably why you have leaks. I've never had leaks on the S/C when you use the factory GM S/C gasket or a Felpro one...if your using the Garlock gaskets, that's why it is leaks, they are awful.

Use a gasket.
Be smart about it. The only time your using RTV to seal anything blower related is when your installing an intercooler.
