Wow, buisness must be really slow for them! Did they charge you to replace everything?
Could just be the lifters needing to be pumped up with oil, when its very cold out, the oil is thicker so to say, and takes a little while longer to circulate, this is normal.
Could also be piston slap form the piston skirts, as soon as the pistons warm up and expand, this stops. Normal.
Could also be the supercharger rotors, same thing, once they warm up they will expand and quiet down. Normal.
Or...you had a collapsed lifter or two, this happens as well.
