I was wondering how do i drain the current coolant from the car? The shop my car was at seemed to have added the wrong coolant (Green stuff) instead of Dexcool (Brown stuff).

The best way is by taking off the lower radiator hose. The actual radiator drains on our cars is a POS and its a PIA to get to.
Thank you cerick. I appreciate it.
Did you change your coolant yet?
I can tell you how to get the fluid out of the radiator the easy way, without spilling a drop or making a mess, well the mess part is up to you. You don't have to open the drain or take off any hoses.

don't forget about draining the block... to do you have to remove the two knock sensors one one each side of the block to get all the coolant out. the front sensor is easy the back is a trick....
To drain the radiator, goto hardware store and get a four foot section of clear vinyl tubing, the longer the better, its cheap anyway. Put one end in the radiator all the way to the bottom. The other end of the tubing should be as low as possible, and just give a quick suction to the end, and put into container you want. The longer the hose, the better, for obviouse reasons. I leave a about two coils on the ground that way it gives more distance from your mouth to the coolant,LOL. You can stop the flow just by lifting out of the radiator. It comes out quick. This method will have the radiator drained before you would even think of finding the factory drain peepcock. And it's not going to splash all over the place like when it exits the lower radiator hose, if you have ever done that way before, and like taking a bath in ethylene glycol, or whatever it is in there, rust? If you worried about not getting all the coolant out, just refill radiator with water, run motor for a minute, repeat draining with hose.
