    After installing my Aeroforce, it was showing less boost than the factory boost gauge. I had to set the altitude in my Aeroforce before it was accurate. You probably already did that...but just in case you didn't, you may want to do that.

    98GS - 3" DP & Cat back, 9" K&N CIA in FW, Plog, 3.5", 180* Canned tune. 14.65 at 96.9mph, w/2.37 60ft. on G-Timer @ 4500 elev. @ 51*.

    That only changes your HP and torque readings on the aeroforce.

    Boost is read from the PCM which reads from the MAP sensor. Can't really change that.

    i bought a BBV solnoid today

    installing it tommorrow!

    XPZ, Alum heads,150#, I/C, GEN V mps 3.0, N* TB CAI K&N fully built trans, JE pistons, L32 rods, Comp lifters, PRJ Fuel rails, 65# Injectors, elec pump, MSD wires, MSD coils, Alum control arms, AGX, vogtland, GMPP sway bars, rear trailing arms

    hell id drive 2 hours if someone offered to help. instead of just buying parts that u think may be the problem.... to each their own. hope ya get it fixed.

    well 99% of the people in this thread thought it was the BBV Solnoid, and before that when i felt it not getting the boost they thought it was a Vac line.



    Ill see what i can do about making a trip up there soon Logan, When are you free?


    Also replaced my BBV Solnoid (DEF NOT THE FIX)

    XPZ, Alum heads,150#, I/C, GEN V mps 3.0, N* TB CAI K&N fully built trans, JE pistons, L32 rods, Comp lifters, PRJ Fuel rails, 65# Injectors, elec pump, MSD wires, MSD coils, Alum control arms, AGX, vogtland, GMPP sway bars, rear trailing arms

    99% of the ppl also werent under your hood working on it recently. he said he checked BBV and it was fine.

    If it's not the solenoid, it could be the electrical going to it. I can't believe nobody suggested a simple test first.

    There's a vac line going from the solenoid to the actuator. Remove this line from the actuator and plug the line leaving the port on the actuator open. If you see full boost, the solenoid is what's messing you up.

    scimmia, i walked him through that 2 weeks ago, was not the problem. I have no idea why he hooked it back up. Anyways, am free most days before 5 pm, just call and see if im busy.

    mini wasnt under my hood lol

    I brought the Supercharger to him to powdercoat Nothing was hooked up

    and i replaced the Solenoid to Eliminate anychance of that being the problem.
