I dont drink beer...
After installing my Aeroforce, it was showing less boost than the factory boost gauge. I had to set the altitude in my Aeroforce before it was accurate. You probably already did that...but just in case you didn't, you may want to do that.
That only changes your HP and torque readings on the aeroforce.
Boost is read from the PCM which reads from the MAP sensor. Can't really change that.
^^That.
Lazy bastard, i made that drive regularly every weekend for a long time.
well 99% of the people in this thread thought it was the BBV Solnoid, and before that when i felt it not getting the boost they thought it was a Vac line.
Ill see what i can do about making a trip up there soon Logan, When are you free?
Also replaced my BBV Solnoid (DEF NOT THE FIX)
If it's not the solenoid, it could be the electrical going to it. I can't believe nobody suggested a simple test first.
There's a vac line going from the solenoid to the actuator. Remove this line from the actuator and plug the line leaving the port on the actuator open. If you see full boost, the solenoid is what's messing you up.
scimmia, i walked him through that 2 weeks ago, was not the problem. I have no idea why he hooked it back up. Anyways, am free most days before 5 pm, just call and see if im busy.
mini wasnt under my hood lol
I brought the Supercharger to him to powdercoat Nothing was hooked up
and i replaced the Solenoid to Eliminate anychance of that being the problem.
