yep mine was doing the exact same thing..i couldnt figure it out because the wires were brand new, so i tried new plugs, coils, icm..finally figured it must be the wires, so i took them back, got new ones and it fixed it. warranty FTW. So yeah put some wires on and you should be golden.
I will be relieved if that's all it is. Now I just have to figure out what this issue is and then I'll be golden!

bluegtp91, do you (or anyone else) have duralast wires? Someone told me they were garbage...

What a day. I got up to change the oil, bleed the coolant, fix my volt gauge, and put on those new wires...
Last night I went to AZ to get some Duralasts and it turns out that the wires I bought over two years ago were Duralasts and of course still under warranty, so I got a new set for free!I got everything done, the wire swap went well and pulled the car out of the garage. When I put the car in drive and went to move forward I heard this terrible clunk sound and when I tried to go forward, the car was extremely restricted. I put it in reverse to try to get an idea of what was going on and it reversed just fine. I then had my wife try and listen to where the clunking sound was coming from and she said the driver rear wheel. I got out so I could see for myself and had my wife reverse and then drive forward. When she did, I saw the rear wheel completely lock up and drag on the ground.
I pulled it in the garage, jacked it up, took of the wheel and started digging in. At first I checked to see if the caliper was seized and it was fine. Then I suspected the hub. Once I got the rotor off, the hub spun forward and in reverse just fine. Then I finally found the culprit - the parking break. For some reason the cable is stuck in it's retracted position. I was able to get it off the lever so the break would release, but that cable will not pull out at all, so I just disconnected it so I can get it to the shop - I have no clue what the deal is. The passenger side works just fine and the cable doesn't appear to be jacked at all - it's just stuck somehow.
Anyway, I got that disconnected so the tire spins freely now. I took the car for about a 30 minute drive to see if I was still having my misfire hiccup problem and it drove very smoothly at varying degrees of throttle. It has gone that long without issues before so I don't think I can say that this is for sure resolved, but it's looking good. I hope the wires were the fix.
Oh! When I took off the old wires I inspected them for burns and what not, and found that the #4 wire had a small hole in the rubber and it was full of dirt and gunk. Don't know if that was the exact cause (because it looks like it had been there for quite a while and I've only been having probs for about a week) but I'm sure it didn't help anything!
So I'm going to get my e-brake fixed asap and will keep an eye on how the engine runs. Looks good so far - hopefully it stays that way.
