Yeah I went from a rocker/pem/3.5" setup to a 3.2"/xp/ls1tb/headers setup...WIN!

Are you getting any KR with the 605's? If not then no you aren't hurting anything, in fact you want to run the hottest plug you can, a colder plug means nothing more than how well the plug is able to dissipate heat from the tip to avoid pre ignition, running a colder plug than necessary will only hurt the engines efficiency and lead to plug fouling.Originally Posted by SliceTheRice

the plugs suck for me but i got big clumsy hands and dont have headers

Bought my car in 2005 3.4 three months after. 3.25 put on in Feb. of 2010.

Yeah with headers its just a 3/8 ratchet, 3" extension and socket. Boom done. Don't need to move the engine at all.
