I'd like to know more info before I start shouting out suggestions.
If you're having that much of an issue right now, you better get something/someone to tune it. The ported blower will help, but a ported TB may make things slightly worse since they tend to lean the car out. I'm curious to know what your fuel trims and O2's are locking in at.

i assume your talking about what they lock at in WOT. when i leave work ill see what they do. if i can get the gauge to work... i tried monitering 02 and Long term fuel trim, it wouldnt display 02, and the fuel trim just sat at -4.6 the whole time.

There's no reason for the gauge to not display the O2, unless the sensor is shot.

ok, i was able to get a few WOT runs on the way back from work, but not a whole lot, cuz it started poring, anyway the first time i was displaying pulse width and long term,
the PW was bouncing between 19-20 while in WOT, the trim went straight to 5.4 and stayed there.

i got one WOT run in with 02 being displayed, sooon i as i got on it it went up, seemed to stay around 920ish mv, (it was around that for about 2 seconds then i had to let off comeing up to and intersection), also, just cruizing home after that and sitting at lights, it would go anywhere from 80-800. is that normal? fuel trim did the same thing, going negative and positive. pulse width dance around but i dont remember how low it ever got.

im sure thats not enough info, but thats all i was able to do. also, the kr (didnt monitor it, only have one gauge) never went above 4, cuz the annunciators never flashed like i have em set to.

Under normal driving, the O2's are supposed to bounce like that.....the 920 could be a little rich, but that's better than lean. Timing at WOT sounds like it could be your major issue though, but it's still hard to say without looking at what your commanded timing is supposed to be.

whats wrong with my timeing at WOT, i thought the lower the timing the better for keeping kr down? how do i know what my commanded timing is supposed to be.

I bet its the fuel injector disable parameters in the pcm, ie.. fuel cutoff, tcc inj disable... I had high KR until I fixed that mess. However, you would think that Overkill knows/does that though.

Get a scan and post it here.

You have a .csv scan file? You need to scan it with HPT or a DHP PowrTuner (UVScan).

There are parameters in the PCM, that say to disable injectors (bad) for traction control...etc ... basically alot of settings that can nuke your engine if they are not addressed.

well im gonna have to find someone around here to do that for me. maybe if i can make it to that meet. anyway, i also checked again to make sure the sway bar wasnt hitting, or that any of the exhaust wasnt hiting anything, and its not, plenty of clearance everywhere, even where the front 02 sensor barely fits, it still has about 1/2 inch. so at least ive ruled that out...

so your saying a good tune shoulda told the pcm not to disable injectors, and if i remember right your LTFT and wot was -5.4, and u said that means your running rich? and mine was +5.4, so im running lean, meaning less fuel? so would running richer help the kr stay down, would that also increase my timing? its at 14* at wot now.

if you read the manual that came with your PCM you'd see that will claims he takes care of the TCS + fuel cutoff mess.

traction control and fuel cut are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. usually they go hand in hand, but he took care of that FOR SURE.

why do you have TCS on anyways? Do you not pay attention to how you drive in poor weather?

then you're a fool since TCS just pulls fuel and timing anyways in hopes of slowing down the engine.

This is why modern TCS systems use the TB (since they're electronically controlled now) to slow the engine down.

Part of the reason why CR-V's are so ****ty IMO.
