    Yeah, it worked on the EGR, just make sure you let too much get in there, be bad to suck some into your intake.

    Got block off plates from ZZP and some Copper RTV Spray sealed up good.

    I tig welded a plug into my egr port in the header, and slipped the egr tube back into it, and bolted it on. When we tuned my car, we put "no report" for all egr codes.
    99 GP GT L26 bottom end, Intense stage II cam, Ported L67 heads w/ LS6 springs, LS1 valve seals, 42.5# injectors, ported sc/intake, custom LS1 TB and MAF, custom FWI, 3.4 mps, NGK TR6, ZZP wires, 180 stat, etc...

    After tightening everything up, my distinct "ticking" sound under acceleration now kinda sounds like a tractor/harley (quieter though, hard to explain lol), am I still driving around with a small leak? I'm using the race pipe until I can make it legal with CAT. Is this sound normal at all?

    u have an exhaust leak.
