i got a 1997 gtp with new engine and new radiator and 180 thermostat runs cold while regular driving and then heats up when i boost and stays hotter and then it runs cold with ac in the streets and with ac on freeway it gets hot slowly but if i turn it off on freeway it get colder but not where its supposed to be. im running the slp ram air with hood eliminated the ubend and resignator, 180 thermostat and 3.4 pulley. any ideas how to keep it cool cause i know i cant pull full boost with it runnin 200 degrees. HELP

well if all you are only running is a slp ram air with hood eliminated the ubend and resignator, 180 thermostat and 3.4 pulley, you have bigger problems. YOU NEED FLOWS MODS. I would take that pulley of if you dont have a PCM, colder plugs and at least PLOGs or headers. As for the cooling issue, maybe your fans are not turning on at the right times.

    WRONG.

If your fan settings aren't adjusted for a 180 * T-stat then you'll still see very high temps when idling for long periods of time.
