Well I got everything installed today and it runs great. There is alot more power and I can really hear the s/c now. I had a little troubles with the PCM but its good to go now. I didn't have to do a security relearn at all?

And it was a new PCM that had never been in your car before?

The CASE learn is no surprise (but it's a good idea to do whether it throws a code or not). The security relearn is a surprise. The previous car's lock cylinder must've produced a very similar resistance to yours.

I was really surprised when I went to do the relearn and it started right away. I had to pull everything back out to work on the A/C and to get the canister out and I put the PCM back in and it works fine.

It's not usually needed when you take out the PCM and put it back in. Only when the PCM is new to your car.

So yesterday on my way home from work I smelled something burning in my car so I stopped and looked under the hood and didn't see anything. I had to drive to my school (25 miles) for a track awards banquet and I smelled something burning on my way there. When I got back out to the parking lot there was something in the water around my car(it was raining) I looked under the hood and saw freon all around the compressor. When I got home I saw metal shavings around the compressor clutch. I had to get another compressor and put that in tonight. Hopefully there will be no more problems.

No it was just the compressor. We replaced that friday night because my AC was not working and then it worked fine until Tuesday when that happened.

Oh. I was wondering why you put it in your air intake thread.

I thought I had said something about replacing the compressor in here somewhere but I guess I really didn't.
