I remember it should be 37 lbs.ft, can anybody correct me? thx

Tighten them down...tight.

I already answered this question the same way blue did here but in the chatbox where you also asked this question. Are you really that anal that you need to know the tq spec down to the T ? Just get the damn thing tight and forget about it. It won't go anywhere.
