Rule 1: Dont make me go bankrupt. (It's bad enough I stumbled upon a $7600 credit card)

Ok so current mods are in my signature.

What i'm looking for here is some advice on my next mods. As most of you already know from my previouse posts i'm looking for nothing lower than solid13's. With that being said what are some mods in addition to what I have that will get me there.

    What I won't consider:
Any more exhaust-I want to keep that the way it is.
    Turbo kits-Sorry Eaton only.
Cams-Dont have the time to tear everything apart right now.

Some big things I will consider:
    Nos
    Intercoolers

    CURRENT 1/4 MILE TIME: 14.4

I am just wanting some of your great opinions and the 1/4 mile time gain impacted with those opinions.

    LETS SEE WHAT YA'LL GOT

    Rockers
    Ported Blower
Ported TB or a bigger TB of any kind should net you a good 13.7 on some tuning.

You're probably looking at less than $500 right there.
Edit: you probably don't have any sort of intake? Some type of CAI will be a definite must also.

What about a Supercharger pulley, you may be able to run a 3.4 since you have a tuner and are able to scan for KR

i wouldnt go straight to a 3.4. youll need some more work to even think about running it and not blowing your pistons into dust.

im running a 3.4 on mine and once it gets warmer outside i should be able to run knock free. ive got a ported throttle body, headers, and rockers over you.

ok well i've decided so far to go with...

    Rockers
    Ported throttlebody
Ported blower (outlet and some inlet)
Ported lower intake manifold (to get ready for a possible intercooler)
    Zzp mps 3.4
And I am strongly considering the ss intercooler from zzp (especially with the 3.4 as bio said)

As far as the rockers go....what kind? stock modified or the lightweight ones for 100 more? Both will be at least 1.9 since the chance of a cam in the future is slim.

    Any other suggestions???

I would go with what reptile said and drop to a 3.4 with some tuning you can easily get the KR out of there. If you want to be on the safe side and not ever really worry about anything breaking I would go with a set of 105 valve springs as well, its better safe than sorry in my opinion even though 1.9s aren't really a ton more lift you dont wanna be floatin valves heh.

modded 1.9s will do you well. you can use stock springs as long as youre not going to raise your shift points. they give considerable gain over the stock 1.6s and they are reliable. the roller rockers are fairly expensive for what they are and may not be worth the minimal gain over the modded 1.9s would give you.

Couple of things I haven't seen mentioned that could save you some money. The first being the Machined Lower Intake Manifold, you don't need that with the Short Stack Intercooler. The next being the Ported Supercharger, its way too soon in my opinion to be looking at that as a mod for your setup. That more for when your going smaller then a 3.0 pulley an outlet temps on the blower are a serious concern because your pushing the stock M90 so far past its original efficiency range. An the TB is more or less just to match the blower inlet. With the larger ones you can feel a difference in throttle response but your not getting any faster till your car needs more air then the stocker can supply.

If I were you I would do the Rockers (modified stock 1.9) an the 3.4 next an then spend some time tuning it in, probably have to add a little fuel to quench any little blips of knock. You should also be in the 13's with an equal launch, if you managed a 14.4 with what you have now.

By then the mod bug will have bitten an you will rethink your entire plans an goals for the car. But until then enjoy your goal.
Cheap, Fast, Reliable... you can only pick two

Well i do have raised shift points now 5900 if i can remember correctly.( i would like to get the car on the dyno and see where it really needs to be shiftin at)

I may do the 105's just to be on the safe side.

I have decided to go with the modded 1.9's...thanks for the input guys!!

Well i think sometimes it is the little things that count...(porting ect) can make a difference...it defenitly wont hurt...I know as far as the money...i would get more bang for my buck with something else and i think that is the point you were trying to make...but i do appreciate your input and help....i think the mod bug has bitten me again lol...just want to have everything ready (porting wise) for when i go splurging.
