So im putting the supercharger back on and torquing it down. Torquing at 17ft lbs in the right sequence. All is good till i get to #7 bolt in sequence and the supercharger wont spin freely. Feels like it is catching on something. So i loosen in back up and finish up on 8, 9 and 10 and it spins fine. So then i just try tightening it after all other bolts are torqued and still does it.

What do u guys think could be the problem? Warped case?

i never use a 'sequence'. i just started at one side and did a cross pattern until i met in the middle on opposite sides. you just need to make sure its not binding after torquing, which it is. i also never really torqued it, just hand tightened it all and called it good.

^^Like that...and just tightened it until my tiny Burger King arms couldn't turn it anymore...granted I didn't torque them to like 100 ft.lbs, but you get hte idea...and I never had a blower issue.
