Been there. Pulled it off and gave it a good cleaning with Throttle body cleaner. Looked like brand new. Made some difference in the preformance but not in the issue at hand. The problem doesnt happen all the time. Probably one out of 10 starts maybe

this is a known issue with no known fix. its a problem with the 04 and 05 gtps.
