Sorry headers are extractors aren't they?

I have pacemaker extractor's, so 2.5" won't flow enough for 17 PSI, the max it has boosted is around 15 PSI, I will get a smaller pulley for it anyway but I just want to find out what the noise could be?

Any advise apart from flow issues?
