I Have been wanting to get more power out of my supercharger and I have already put a 3.5'' pulley on but i want to go down to a 3'' pulley, but I have been told that in order to support a 3'' puelly I need an inercooler, but I have no idea were to find an inercooler for a supercharged 3.8L or how it would work, and are they expensive? Any info would very helpful

you need suporting mods and tuning to drop pullies. its not as easy as just droping pullies.

honestly if u dont have anything to support even that 3.5 pulley, u might as well take it back off, put the stock one back on and read the supporting mods thread for that kind of setup before u even think of just jumping to an intercooler. U need free flowing exhaust, a reprogrammed PCM, etc. etc.

Sorry I have failed to mention that along with the 3.5'' pulley I have a cold air intake, cooler set of spark plugs, and a 180 degree thermostat.

Yah Your Right and that is my next mod just dont have the money to buy headers or a cat-back system and another question will a high flow cat give noticable power or not really? And one last thing is anyone familar with Xtune or ZomkSpeed headers I found them on an EBay store for really cheap, are they any good?

    High Flow cat does nothing.

    Catback does nothing.

    EBay headers are epic failure...

Jesus christ dude we told you to read the thread that I took nearly a month to type up. At least give me the common courtesy to read the damned thing before asking stupid crap that like.

3.5 on a stock motor = pistons 1, 2, and 6 gone. for me at least. really go read the safely modifing your 3800 thread. and get that 3.5 off NOW. it'll be pricey if you dont....

Just slap on a 2.55 pulley, and unplug the knock sensors. Thats a great way to get a ****load of power!

actually your thread was not mentined before that. maybe they over looked it. either way it does not help to critisize someone for not knowing.

they are simple misinformed people that need direction. critizing them because they simple dont know, yea kinda azzholeness. but at the same time you took time out to help the comuntiy with your thread. just post it up and be done with it.
