    i just got the code po171 System Too Lean (Bank 1). what what should be the first thing i look at?

    I can tell you exactly what is wrong. You have a vacuum leak. Check EVERYTHING. All hoses and connections. LIM and supercharger gaskets.

    get out the carb cleaner and start spraying if you can't see the leak.......

    well the code came back on. i did check all the vacuum lines before when my car would not start so im not sure what i should look for next?

    get out the carb cleaner and start spraying(while the vehicle is running) in any areas that have vacuum .....all around the intake, vac lines and connections, egr, etc. when you hear the engine rpm's pick up, you have found your leak.

    Check to see if any of your vacuum connectors are dry rotted. This code usually comes up when you have a very tiny leak, and carb cleaner won't always tell you where it is by listening to the engine. This is where a tuner helps out tremendously.

    could it also be the maf sensor i just put a ported throttle body on.

    Yup, I've seen them pop up on that too. That's why I suggest having the maf tables adjusted when putting on ported Throttle Bodies.

    how would i get them adjusted? with a tune?
    also how bad is it to drive like that?
