That sucks. Your in a bad position with this because if you sell it, your only passing the problem on to someone else who will bug you non stop because it doesnt work on their car. Hopefully their is some sort of resolution because thats alot of money for nothing. Even if you do get your money back, you wont get back your time without your car or all the time installing this 3x.

Hmm, im wondering what you are using for a straight edge here, and if you said that its not a vacuum leak, what makes you think the surfaces arent flat? I get the phenolic just like every other company (zzp) and the surfaces arent touched in that aspect.

There is nothing wrong with the core. It works exactly as described, no pcv. You called me? I was in class, i cant answer my phone. The update is: almost done, ive cut it to shape, a little sanding, and finishing work, hopefully get it out by thursday.

a lot of intercooler cores arent completely flat. they get flattened when you tighten down the blower on top of it. hell, i dont think ive EVER seen and SSIC that wasnt warped.

The reason why its wobbling is because the lim you put it on still has the 2 alignment dowels on them. I removed them on your core and do not drill the holes for that as its not necessary for a good fit. You really should have checked that before you start calling my product crap.

Ill pm you the number. You may not have called it crap but it sure sounded like you are calling it garbage. What is the problem here? The damn thing was flat when i made it, sent it out. Why are you having problems with it and why wont you work around them? You give up too easy from what i see.

no im not calling it garbage. But give up to easy? hmm. i think ive done alot of work actually. not being an asshole by saying this but u try taking the supercharger and everything else with one arm. I have a paralyzed right arm from racing motocross. So i am forced to do everything with one arm. Dont get me wrong i loved wrenchin on cars but having only one arm to work with and already had the supercharger off 3X.. thats alot of work. Thats why i give up so easily.

well i aint got no pity to give but mine will supposively be sent out tomorrow....if you feel your not gonna get the refund from logan and since you cant sell it let me get mine situated and report back. it may take a week but i may see an option to solve these problems. i know your frustrated but lets put our heads together here and im sure that if there is a problem we can figure it out. just give me a little time to get mine and play withit. im sure there is a solution we just need to find it.

I understand what youre dealing with. Im simply saying that scrapping this right now might not be the best thing to do yet. I know for a fact if you sent me the core it would run fine on my car. Im always willing to help people, especially with something i made. I guess im just a little frustrated and taking it out on the wrong people here, with all this sh!t in this damn thread has really made me wish i would have never started making these things all together!!
