ill tag on to this post, and state that i got an extra s/c case and would also like to know this info.

the throttle body can be ported by taking the MAF hump out and blending everything really well.
the blower should be ported like this:
you basically extend the lines of the triangle outlet. you can put a 45* angle on the outlet as well to help with "laminar flow".
the heads...the heads are a whole 'nother story and youre going to want to do a whole lot of reading. check out this thread at clubgp. there is a ton of information there for you to use:

i do porting also, but here is a pic of the 45'd outlet...
