I have an aeroforce and boost gauge. I wired the power wire for both of them together and ran a wire to a 12 volt source. Is this okay to do or should I have ran a seperate wire for each gauge made a seperate connection? For some reason, the gauge turns on and stays on for about 5 seconds and then turns off. It says annuciator not set up right before it turns off. The power source I used is a hot pink wire under the steering column that I read in a how to post about installing a gauge. Is this not a good 12 v source? If not what is a good one?
    Thanks for any help.

I messed with it some more and got nowhere. It is a PT gauge which is the right gauge for the car. I took the jumper off the back of the gauge, no help. Ran a separate power wire for the aeroforce, still the same. I have tried several combinations. Where is a good power source? Maybe the wire I am using is not working right.

I figured it out. You have to push both buttons down at the same time and set it up for the perameters the car has before it goes off. When the gauge comes on and scans and has a perameter selected that the car doesn't have it turns itself off. It is nice when you buy something off somebody and they dont include the instructions. That is why I hate buying used. I have never gotten anything that was straight up. There is always something. Whether it be something as simple as not having instructions to something being in worse shape than advertised.
The PT I am referring to is the calibration of the gauge. All and all it is a very nice gauge now that I can actually use it. I was surprised to be getting knock while going up a hill on the road to my house. I wasn't in full boost, maybe 3 bars on the DIC, but it was retarding the timing 1-2 degrees. I guess this is the torque management. I have scanned with my autotap and never saw this.

Torque management doesn't show as KR. If you saw KR it was KR. Going up hill is a high load condition and will cause knock. This is what most refer to as part throttle KR or simply PTKR.

I still have no idea what you're talking about with the "PT calibration". There are only a few different versions of the Aeroforce based off who made the car so it can interface with the computer. There's the GM version, the Chrysler version, a version for CAN bus cars, etc.

Mine is simply the GM OBD2 version which yours probably is too.

I guess the "CN" beside some of the cars listed on ZZP's site refers to the "CAN" calibration. I was just adding that is was indeed a PT calibration and not the CN.
I have always had wierd knock on this car. I may get a 3.5 made for my Mag snout and give that a try. Anybody know where I can get a rubber "T" to replace the "90" at the map sensor so I can run the line to my boost gauge? I have the line going out there, that part is all I need. I tried Advance and AutoZone and they did not have any. They had plastic T's for rubber line, but I need a rubber T small enough to hold the small vacuum line.
