if i drove my car everyday i would probably fill up the tank once a month at the most. cant say where you can find meth, but try local chemical dealers.
nope, the bottle itself is only 30/70. with the heet (99.9% alcohol) it makes it a little higher.
i run methanol. it is similar to alcohol, but has slightly different properties. they are basically two different types of alcohols. the difference would be minimal, but methanol is slightly better. i run a half gallon tank.
as far as the tune, it depends on how you are tuning your car. if youre tuning it so that without the meth your car is uber lean and your running close to 12:1 AFR with the meth on, then yes youll always need to be spraying it. if you run it safer like i do and dont run so lean without the meth, then you can run out without knocking a ton. also, i have a progressive controller for it. a lot of people that are cheap just run a basic on/off system that once you get into boost it sprays 100% max pressure. the setup i have from devils own allows you to make a ramp of spray. i usually start spraying at about 6-7 pounds of boost and then i hit maximum pressure at about 10 pounds of boost.
you heard and you know are way different.
it isnt hard to tune, it takes time to tune. just like everything else to do with your car. you cant just set it and forget it.

nothing legaly. Just the company's that make the pumps will quit selling the pumps . But its also more than that. the average user does not have the skills to properly tune a car thats running straight methanol. knowing how much fuel to pull etc. People tend to get more carried away when they go that route. Keep adding larger nozzles and keep pulling more fuel.
x2 with that, not enough experience can lead to a ruined car quickly. It's not hard to tune by any means which for some reason everyone "hears" but never experienceI think a lot of people are really forgetting what the water/meth is supposed to do. It's a chemical inter-cooler not an add octane by pumping as much methanol into the car as possible. I know we've already gone over this bio but just because YOU like using 100% meth doesn't mean you should suggest it. I would never suggest that anyone uses 100% meth and if that's the route they want to take to just figure out a way to run it through the fuel injectors instead of the blower. That would be about as direct as you can get and save the money by not purchasing an alky kit at the same time. There's only 1 proper way to run water/alky injection on an m90 but nobody attempts to take that route. Seems like it's just the pre-blower meth guys which i was once a part of. I've since learned that did absolutely nothing but keep the car consistent. Post blower alky FTW.

i would love to run a nice setup like you, but until i have my car apart again it is not going to happen. i dont care to pull my car apart to have fun with the lower intake...yet.
at this point, octane helps me more than trying to cool the intake charge before the blower. that is just my opinion on what is going on with my setup and what ive seen so far. straight meth helps me the most from what i have seen.
I'm trying to figure out a way that you can run a similar setup without yanking the intake manifold. It would be similar to a blower swap. it will involve a phenolic spacer but that's all i can spill for now. It'll be awesome and probably more efficient than my other idea. Only time will tell, r&d sucks...
i have already debated buying a spacer to run a couple nozzles, but i dont know that i want to go through all the junk to get into that. i would definately just buy an 1" phenolic spacer and drill some holes for some nozzles, but im not sure i want to play with that kind of stuff when i can easily put it through the blower and gain an extra pound of boost in the process.
i was going to run it on a sc setup but now going turbo (t66!) with l36 uim and and l32 heads but im not sure which holes to spray the alky and fuel in?
it has crossed my mind but for now i need to plug the holes till i get some more money to do it
