    s1x cam
    105 springs
    cc retainers
    stock chain and damp
    viton valve seals
    gaskets for swap
    pacesetter headers/reworked ebay knockoffs
    HAI
    MPS with 3.2
    smaller belt
    NGK tr6 plugs
    180 t-stat
    TUNE

Great street manners, should still be able to use stock injectors.
That should blow about the whole budget if you can get some stuff used.

Or ditch the cam and 105 springs, get used 1.9 modified rockers, a used nitrous kit, and run a 3.4 pulley. This might be a little easier on the trans if you are only using the nitrous kit at the track and not spraying through the shifts.
Both setups have been proven power makers for years. Whats your goal for the car powerwise?
