SO what would be faster (or Win) SC GP GT like mine with the current mods and a pully drop and Power log/ DP or a 2006 GXP.

The reason I ask is I have ben looking at a 2006 Stock GXP and just woundered what was faster.

    thanks

I am glad you chimmed in. I find you to be a very knowledgeable person on this forum.

I am looking at either ordering my PL and DP with cat from ZZP but have been thinking about headers vers the PL but don't know if the headers performance wise are that much more over the PL. I will also start with a 3.5 pully once I get the GP breathing better.

Once quick question as far as KR. I do have a Aero force and am still playing with it. What is the proper way of reading KR with the gauge.

    Thanks

headers will outperform any form of ported manis or plog by a large amount. the headers versus one another, not so much. any headers are better than no headers.

i do not know how to use an aeroforce as i do not have one, but you should really be shooting for it to say 0 all the time. the likely hood of it actually being 0 all the time is probably minimal though, especially without a good tune. by good, i mean someone in the passenger side scanning and tweaking for like an entire day of driving around. my last tune session took 6 hours or so and i didnt even get to finish up the tune as far as peak power goes.

I have only seen I think 1.4 for a sec at hard throttle but at wot I have 0

So if I go with headers I still should get the dp correct?
I don't need a zillion dollar headers nor junk suggestions??
Also does adding headers flirt with a warranty ?

headers will include the downpipe already. header choices are all over, i would do a little search. i dont feel like typing out what they all perform like and cost.

i have no idea about the warranty. i would call the dealer about it.

they are good, but you might have difficulties sealing them if you dont have the right clamps or a welder. not too sure where is best to buy them.

SSAC are cheap SLP headers just like pacesetters.

i would go with a 3.5 because im more risky than most, but do as you please. if youre scared, get the 3.6 and then work down later.
